Staff Development Day (II)

On 8 January 2025, the College held its second Staff Development Day with a focus on Self-regulated Learning and Lesson Study. The event featured an inspiring session by Dr. Ho Sai Mun, who shared valuable insights into the principles and applications of self-regulated learning. Additionally, five teachers presented their lesson studies conducted over the past few months under Dr. Ho's supervision.

Dr. Ho has an extensive background in education, having served as a secondary school teacher, activities master, prefect of studies, vice principal, and principal. He is also actively involved in voluntary services across various school councils and educational institutes, bringing a wealth of experience to our Staff Development Day.
