Professor Man has taught at HKU’s Faculty of Education on many of the Education Bureau’s Language across the Curriculum Courses, and supervised participants onsite in schools. She has also lent her counsel to the HKU Court, HKU Foundation, HKU Convocation Standing Committee and HKU Heritage Fund Committee.
As an educator, she played a key role in the Hong Kong University Graduates Association Education Foundation, serving on its Executive Committee and on the Incorporated Management Committee of HKUGA College. As former Chairlady of the Hong Kong Chinese Women’s Club and Board member of the Man Kwan Education Organisation, she actively promotes education for women and the disadvantaged. She is the School Supervisor of the Chinese Women’s Club College that produced a ‘Top Scorer’ in 2024 and an ‘Ultimate Top Scorer’, the highest achiever in the Diploma of Secondary Education in the whole of Hong Kong in 2025. She is a member of the Incorporated Management Committee of the three schools under the Man Kwan Education Organisation School Sponsoring Body, as well as being an education consultant to many schools in Hong Kong.
