Drama Club – HKCWCC

Our school participated in the Hong Kong School Drama Festival 2009/10 and won two prizes.

They are as follows:
- Award For Outstanding Actress: Chen Man Ching (S.3)
- Award for Outstanding Cooperation

The drama festival had successfully held on 10th March,2010.

Drama club is going to perform a musical on the 30th anniversary variety show
for celebrating this meaningful event.  If you are intrested in being one of the
actors and actresses, please go to the casting on 22nd April after school in room
502 & 503.  Also, you need to take and fill in the application form and hand it
in on the casting day.  You may also take reference on the details listed in the form.

The format of casting ~
1st part : interviewees will receive a simple script and perform it in front of the  
               judges,  the acting skills of interviewees can be tested and will be shown 
               through the performance.
2nd part : Free performance.  Interviewees should prepare a musical performance,
                including singing and dancing for the casting in advance .  The time limit
                of the performance is at most 3 minutes. 

Key points~
1)  Students interested can form a group of not more than 3 to join the 2nd 
     part of the casting, while individual and solo performance is also welcome.
2)  The music for the singing-dancing performance should be prepared in      
    advance by interviewees themselves.  
     The music prepared for the performance for the second part of the casting 
     should be either stored  in a CD or a computer file.  Please note that only 
     only the songs that are in the formats that can be played by microsoft media 
    player are allowed to be bought to the casting.
3)  All drama club members must join the casting !!!!!
